Imagine waking up in a cave where a glowing tablet appears in front of you and you take it off of its pedestal a magical voice leading you towards the exit suddenly you get out of the cave and a beautiful scenery with a castle a smoking volcano and an ice capped mountains. Zelda is a very addicting game where you get to travel the huge expansive areas and the quest is where you have to retake control of the divine beasts go into Hyrule castle and defeat Gannon. You start out with nothing and you have to find chests or steal from random monster camps to get weapons like bow and arrows or shields also you have to find food so you can heal your 3 hearts.
Monsters: many villains you should watch out for are… the Bokoblin is a very common monster that looks like this
They come in many different colors like red, the easiest with 13 health, turquoise not that difficult with 72 health, black and With stripes which is very hard with 240 health, the with one with 500 health and the gold with 1,080 health.
The Moblin is a pretty common monster and they are pretty slow but powerful with a lot of health. they look like this
The easiest is red then there's blue, black Moblin, the white Moblin and then the gold Moblin which is the most powerful.
Lizalfos and even green Lizzos which are the easiest are hard to defeat because they are fast and have many advanced combat techniques.
The blue ones are more difficult than their black, silver and gold which is the most difficult. But then there's 3 special types of which are ice breath which shoots ice balls out of its mouth and they freeze you then there's fire breath which can breath fire and the last one is the electrical one that sends out an electrical discharge.
Some very big monsters that are kinda rare, there is the stone talus that is a very big rock monster and you have to climb up it where its head is and you have to hit the head with a weapon. Then there's the Hinox which is also a hulking monster and you have to hit it in the eye with an arrow, there are 3 different kinds blue, black and red. There's also a Moldolga which you find in the desert and you have to climb on a rock, throw the bomb and it comes up out of the sand and eats it then you have to blow it up and then hit it with your sword and do that 3 or 4 times. Then the boss is calamity Gannon, it has 2 forms but the first form is very powerful and one way to beat him is that you have to use your shield deflect move to beat him. Then there's a Wizzrobe. There are 3 different types, one is a lightning Wizzrobe which is yellow and it shoots lightning balls and summons lightning storms. Then there's a fire one which is red and in my opinion the hardest it shoots fireballs and summons magma storms. The last one is an ice Wizzrobe which blows ice wind and freezes you and you can destroy it with 1 fire arrow. These are most of all the Zelda monsters.
Shrines/towers: shrines are a temple shaped place that looks like this
A mini challenge which is sometimes a puzzle or sometimes a fight or sometimes both. Also on your map it is a glowing blue symbol you can fast travel to. There are also towers that unlock a part of your map and they look like this.
Weapons: you get weapons from chests and monsters or just lying around. The number in the corner signals how much damage it does per hit. And the bow the number in the corner means how much damage every arrow does.
