Bubble tea or more commonly known as “Boba” is a truly delicious experience and at the end of this article I challenge you to have some (Your life will be fulfilled). If you have already had the privilege of sipping this delicacy then you know what happiness feels like.
WHATS BOBA? (you should know this but i guess i’ll explain it)
Great question. Boba is a sweet milk tea filled with tapioca pearls that are squishy like a gummy and flavored with brown sugar. Boba can come in multiple flavors, and at my local boba place the best flavors are green apple and mango. But if you don't have much of a sweet tooth (i don’t think we can be friends) you can have almond bubble tea. Also I made boba at home with earl grey tea and that wasn’t overly sweet.

If you want boba in Maine there is one place you should go. That's right! Bubble Maineia. The Downtown Portland boba palace. If you want some quality Taiwanese food then this might be the place for you but if you want GOOD boba in Maine then come here. (or don't and be sad forever) You can make boba by taking tapioca flour with water and brown sugar to create a paste that you will roll into balls then boil.
